It all begins with a menu

Last summer I worked with Tara and Finn to create a special menu for their week long wedding on Eagle Island. Their vision was for a small intimate family wedding with a relaxing week exploring the island, playing games and enjoying meals that incorporated favorite family recipes. They wanted everyone to be participants in the preparation of food.

They provided me a list of family recipes that they wanted included and asked me to suggest how to round out the menu.





Here is what we came up with...

Sunday
